Please read these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully prior to using the Keep: Birthdays mobile application or related web services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Keep: Birthdays, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.

2. License & Application Features

LogicFable grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Keep: Birthdays for personal, non-commercial celebration and birthday management purposes, subject to these terms.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Content

You agree not to use Keep: Birthdays to generate, export, or distribute any greeting card or wish text containing abusive, harassing, defamatory, illegal, or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these standards.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Notification Disclaimers

Keep: Birthdays is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we engineer high-resilience sliding-window push notification algorithms, we are not responsible for alarm delays or delivery failures resulting from device-level battery optimization modes, extreme power saving restrictions, or OS sleep kill policies.
