On Android, manufacturer battery optimizations (like Samsung App Sleep or Xiaomi Battery Saver) may suppress local alarms. Open your phone Settings ➔ Apps ➔ Keep: Birthdays ➔ Battery, and choose "Unrestricted" / "No restrictions". Also enable "Autostart". On iOS, ensure Notifications and Lock Screen Banners are allowed in iOS Settings ➔ Keep: Birthdays.
Keep: Birthdays includes real-time cloud synchronization. Simply log in with the same Google, Facebook, or Email account on your secondary phone or tablet, and all your birthday records, reminders, gift ideas, and photos will instantly sync.
Keep: Birthdays processes your phone's address book 100% locally on your device. We only import the contacts with birthdays that you explicitly select. Your full contact list is never transmitted to advertisers or third parties.
You can export a secure JSON backup of your entire birthday database at any time. Go to Profile & Settings ➔ Export JSON Backup to save your file or share it to your private cloud storage.
We respect your right to be forgotten. In the app, navigate to Profile & Settings ➔ Delete Account & Data. This permanently removes all your birthday records, gift lists, avatar photos, and login credentials from our database with zero residual copies.
Yes! Keep: Birthdays is built offline-first. All alarms, milestone calculators, zodiac lookups, and birthday records are cached locally on your device for sub-5ms instant access even in Airplane Mode.
